In August 2012, Hong Kong Suzhong Group and Shanghai Haibao Special Power Co., Ltd. allied to share resources. In April 2013, Suzhong Battery was included into the list of the first 10 companies that passed the environmental protection inspection run by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, among 1,300 similar companies across China.
